Use Violetly inside ChatGPT to read your finances and take actions—log expenses, record buys/sells, and track goals. Everything syncs with your Violetly account on the web.

How to connect

  1. Install or enable the Violetly app in ChatGPT.
  2. Choose Connect when prompted.
  3. Enter your email on the Violetly authorize page and type the one-time code from your inbox—never paste the code into the ChatGPT chat.
  4. Review permissions (read and write) and allow access.

What ChatGPT can do

  • Analyze portfolio allocation, net worth, and cash flow
  • Create and delete transactions (with confirmation)
  • Record investment buys and sells
  • Create goals and milestones
  • Complete onboarding (name, currency) conversationally

Permissions & privacy

Connecting grants ChatGPT tools access to read and update your Violetly finance data. You can disconnect in ChatGPT settings or delete your Violetly account to revoke access.
